Ph.D. Student Iowa State University

I am pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Rhetoric and Professional Communication at Iowa State University, with a minor in Linguistics. My research focuses on data visualization, human-AI interaction, digital rhetoric, multimodality, and figurative language.

My work appears in IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics and the IEEE Professional Communication Conference. At Iowa State University, I worked on the AI video generation project for A Disaster Multiplayer Online Game (DMOG), a project funded by the NSF, using generative AI models to create cutscene videos for the game.
